  • can I gift a wine club membership?

    • To give the gift of a Wine Club membership, you can purchase an e-gift card here for your recipient, and they can create a wine club account and apply it to one of our wine clubs. Cheers!

  • How do I manage my wine club membership?

    • Each club member will have an account and login information to log in and review and manage their membership details, billing and shipping information, and order and club shipment history. 

  • What wines will be in my wine club shipments?

    • Quarterly club releases will be carefully selected by our winemaker and will include a variety of our wine portfolios. Club members will receive an email 7-10 days before each quarterly shipment and will have the opportunity to customize their club order. 

  • Can I customize my wine club shipments?

    • Yes, all wine club shipments are customizable. You will receive an email 7-10 days before each shipment that will prompt you to log in, review the quarterly club release and your shipping and billing information, and make any necessary changes. Some wines will be required with each shipment but some will be swappable. You will also have the opportunity to add additional wines to your shipment at discounted club member prices.

  • Can I change my club subscription level after I sign up?

    • Yes, you may change your club level at any time. Please contact us at [email protected] to make any changes to your club level.

  • Are there any signup or annual membership fees?

    • No, there are no club signup or annual membership fees. Sign up for free and pay only when we send your quarterly club shipments.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, General Delivery, or APO/FPO.

      Someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment.

  • When will I receive my wine club order?

    • Wine Club orders are shipped quarterly in February, May, September, and December and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of when the wine is shipped.

      Your first order will be sent to you during the next scheduled shipment cycle if you sign up for the club at least seven (7) days before that shipment. For example, if you sign up in October, you will receive the December shipment.

      Extreme Weather Shipping Policy: Because extreme heat or cold can affect the quality of wine, during periods of extreme temperature we will hold your purchase until we can ensure safer travel. If the weather is extreme, we will contact you via email and let you know that we are holding your delivery until a better time. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Brooklyn Winery cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery and cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Which forms of payment do you accept?

    • All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Who should I contact if I have trouble signing up for the wine club?

    • If you are having trouble signing up for our Wine Club, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to ensure that your email is responded to within 1 business day. 

  • Can I pick up my wine club shipments?

    • Yes. You can select "Pick Up" when you sign up for the club or request to pick up your shipment when you receive your quarterly club shipment notification.
