How Much Does a Brooklyn Winery Wedding Cost?

Our full service wedding package includes private event space, a dedicated event manager, private wedding suite, chef-driven cuisine, food & wine tasting, premium open bar, custom furniture, flatware and decor. Wedding costs are based on a variety of factors so it is best to contact us and speak directly to a sales manager.

How Can I View the Space?

We are conducting both in-person and virtual tours of our venue. Contact us today to learn more about our event packages and availability. Tours are by appointment only.

Which Areas of Brooklyn Winery Are Available Exclusively for Our Wedding?

The entire event space is exclusively used for your wedding. You will also have access to a private wedding suite located near the event space, which comes complete with an en suite bathroom.

Does the Event Space Have Private Restrooms?

Yes, the event space has bathrooms exclusively for event guests.

Is There a Separate Entrance for The Event Space?

The event space shares an entrance and lobby with the public. The event spaces are private and dedicated solely to your event.

Where Is the Restaurant in Relation to The Event Space?

The restaurant is a separate space and shares an entrance and lobby. The event space entrance is not located near the restaurant. 

Do I Need a Planner or Coordinator for The Day of My Wedding?

We take care of many details on your wedding day, but we do require that you designate someone as the primary point of contact for the day of your wedding.

Can We Take Pictures in The Space Beforehand?

Yes. You are welcome to take pictures at Brooklyn Winery during the two hours before your event when your wedding suite has been opened.

Can I Use My Own Vendors?

Absolutely—you are more than welcome to use your own vendors for flowers, photography, and music. We do have exclusive vendors for any additional lighting or sound that you need, as well as other preferred vendors that we recommend. We require that all vendors provide a valid certificate of insurance.

How Large Is the Dance Floor?

Depending on the size of your band or DJ setup, the dance floor will be roughly 300-400 square feet and is ample space for a wedding of up to 175 people. The exact configuration for your wedding will be determined with the help of your event manager.

Can I Have a Dj or Band?

Yes, you can bring in a DJ or band for your wedding.

Can I Plug in My Own I Pod for Dancing?

Unfortunately, we do not allow iPod music for weddings. All wedding music must be provided by a DJ or a live band with sound equipment.

Do You Provide Table Side Wine Service During Dinner?

Yes! Each table will have a dedicated server. Guests are welcome to go to the bar for drinks but are not required to do so.

Can I Use Brooklyn Winery Just for My Ceremony?

Unfortunately, hosting a ceremony only is not an option in our event venue.

Do You Serve Hard Liquor?

Yes! Your wedding package includes a premium open bar for the duration of your event featuring Brooklyn Winery wines, local craft beers, and spirits. Our premium liquor package includes top-shelf vodka, gin, rum, scotch, bourbon, and whiskey.

Can I Bring in My Own Alcohol?

All alcohol must be supplied by Brooklyn Winery. You may not bring any outside alcohol.

Can I Bring in A Cake?

Yes! You're welcome to bring in a cake or other desserts to supplement the desserts included with your package.

What Is the Parking Like Around Brooklyn Winery?

Street parking will be available. Recommended parking lots will also be provided.

Do You Offer Dietary Restricted Options for Guests?

Yes! Our Executive Chef creates options for those with dietary restrictions. Please give us at least two weeks' notice if any guests require these options.

Do You Serve Brooklyn Winery Wines in The Open Bar?

Of course! We're thrilled to offer a selection of Brooklyn Winery wines at all events.

Do You Host Rehearsal Dinners?

We are happy to host rehearsal dinners, along with any other type of wedding-related party such as an engagement party or bridal shower, depending upon availability. Learn more about hosting these events.

When Can My Vendors (florist, Band, Dj, Etc.) Arrive?

Vendor arrival times will be an item addressed by your Event Manager once you have booked our space.

When Do My Vendors Have to Clean Up?

Outside vendors must remove all items within one hour after the wedding ends. Nothing can be left at Brooklyn Winery overnight. We ask that couples be sure that all personal items and gifts are removed from the space upon departure.

Should I Have Assigned Seating for My Wedding?

We do require that you assign seating for your wedding based on the floor plans that we provide. Assigned seating is very helpful in making sure your event runs seamlessly and that guests are comfortable.

Where Can We Set up A Photo Booth?

There are several options we can offer depending on the space needed for your photo booth.

Where Can I Display My Wedding Favors?

We are happy to display favors for you on the table located near the front entrance. We'll set them up during dinner service so that they're available to guests at the end of the evening.

When Do Speeches Happen?

There are several options for the timing of speeches. We can have them either after the salad course is served or after the main course is served.

Are You Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, we are ADA compliant with wheelchair access.

Where can I display personal items such as a guest book and photos?

We will have  tables in the main event space, which are perfect for adding personal decor. We will also have a welcome table, perfect for a guestbook, gift box and other items. We will also provide an escort card table and both tables are 6' by 32".

Does Brooklyn Winery provide necessary printed items?

Brooklyn Winery provides a personalized menu for each place setting. Other items, such as escort cards, programs, and table numbers should be supplied by the couple.
