Customize Your Winemaking Experience

Allowing for an in-depth experience of crafting wine to your specifications, the Custom Barrel package provides you with our full range of offerings. Make a barrel of your favorite varietal with friends, family, or co-workers with the expert guidance of our winemaker, Conor McCormack.  Get your hands dirty (or stay clean -- your choice!) through each winemaking stage as our winemaker teaches you the ins and outs of the process.

The Custom Barrel package includes:

• Barrel Planning Session with our Winemaker where you can select your varietal and region, and discuss wine style options customized for your desired outcome
• Five private winemaking sessions scheduled at your group’s convenience and hosted by our winemaker, including:

• Crushing and Fermentation
• Pressing
• Racking
• Barrel Tasting
• Bottling

• Your own custom-designed wine label, including the name of your choice
• Access to social events held at Brooklyn Winery
• Take home 25 cases of wine (300 bottles) per full barrel

Please Note:

• A Custom Barrel may be shared by a group of up to 12 people
• Custom Barrels may be purchased as full, three-quarter, or half barrels
• Half barrel groups may be paired with another half barrel group
